Commitment to the Stockholm Agenda for Action: 28th August 1996<P>Italy has a general plan entitled the &#8220;National Plan of Action for the Protection of Minors.&#8221; The plan is broader than CSEC and was developed by the Ministry of Social Affairs, with input from all relevant Ministries and NGOs. An observatory has been created to monitor implementation of the Plan.
