Commitment to the Stockholm Agenda for Action: 28th August 1996
In 1998, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic hosted the first meeting of the Ad Hoc Working Group on problems relating to the sexual exploitation of children, composed of representatives of the competent ministries and NGOs. The Working Group reviewed preparatory work on the National Plan of Action and measures proposed for the protection of children against this phenomenon.
In turn, the Crime Prevention Department of the Czech Ministry of the Interior prepared the first National Plan Against CSEC in 2000 and an updated version was submitted to the Czech government in 2002.
