You can make a difference.
Stopping the sex trafficking of children and young people requires a tireless global effort. None of us can sit back. Adding your signature to our campaign petition is an important start and the ECPAT-The Body Shop campaign wants you to remain involved.

On its second year, the 'Stop Sex Trafficking of Children and Youth People' campaign will be involving children and young people in the global drive to collect 8 million signatures for our petition. Support the efforts of these young people and demonstrate your concern to end these violations against them.

The participation of children and young people is essential to the effort because they reach out to their peers on the issue of child sex trafficking in a unique manner. At the same time, their campaign activities will also harness their creative thinking, leadership skills and showcase their responsible citizenship.

Some of the different activities through which children and youth can contribute to the campaign are: peer-to-peer outreach about the campaign petition; community activities in support of the petition; promoting the petition online.

Campaign supporters worldwide are also urged to tell their friends and family about the global petition. The website link can be forwarded by email or posted on personal blogs, websites, Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites. Please contact ECPAT International or The Body Shop for authorization and informs us if you plan to post the link on public websites or forums.

Youth will also be encouraged to develop their own creative projects, engaging in a learning process that will allow them to conceptualise, propose and implement advocacy projects of their own design. For more information, visit the Children & Youth section.
